Personal Estates in Wales, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to take away the Custom of Wales, which hinders Persons from disposing their Personal Estates by their Wills."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Thursday the Second Day of April next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Bristol Hospitals, &c, Bill:

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for erecting of Hospitals and Workhouses within the City of Bristol, for the better employing and maintaining the Poor thereof," as fit to pass, with several Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for erecting of Hospitals and Workhouses within the City of Bristoll, for the better employing and maintaining the Poor thereof."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill, with the Amendments, shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with Amendments to it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir John Francklyn and Sir John Hoskyns:

To return the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence to the Amendments.

Honour of Tutbury, Needwood Forest, &c. to re-vest in His Majesty, Bill.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for re-vesting in His Majesty the Honour of Tutbury, Forest of Needwood, several Manors, Parks, Lands, and Offices, and other Profits thereunto belonging, and for vacating several Letters Patents therein mentioned."

After some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Herbert of Chirbury reported, "That the Committee had made some Progress in the Bill; and desire another Time may be appointed, for them to proceed thereon."

ORDERED, That the House shall be put into a Committee, to proceed on the said Bill, To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Plate, to encourage the bringing in, and for further regulating the Coin, Bill.

Hodie 1a & 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to encourage the bringing Plate into the Mint, to be coined; and for the further remedying the ill State of the Coin of the Kingdom."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the abovesaid Bill shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock; and all the Lords summoned to attend.

East India Company, Committee to report.

Whereas this Day was appointed for the Report to be made from the Lords Committees appointed to inspect the Charters, &c. of the East India Company, &c.:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Report shall be made on Wednesday next, the First Business.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the several Businesses which were appointed To-morrow, shall be taken into Consideration on Wednesday next.
