Halford's Bill.

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to vest divers Manors, Lands, and Tenements, in the County of Leicester, in Trustees, to be sold, for Payment of the Debts and Legacies of Sir William Halford Knight deceased; and for Payment of other Debts of Sir William Halford now living, prior to the Marriage Settlement with the Lady Frances his now Wife."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir John Francklin and Sir Adam Otley:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Kinnersley's Bill.

The Earl of Warrington reported the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Thomas Kynnersley to make Leases," with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Pelham's Bill.

The Earl of Warrington reported the Bill, intituled, "An Act for securing, out of some of the Manors, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, of Charles Pelham, of Brockley, in the County of Lincolne, Esquire, the Sum of Five Thousand Pounds with Interest, and One Thousand Pounds, unto Anne Pelham, Eldest Daughter of the said Charles," with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to.

Bp. of London's Bill.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable the Bishop of London and Trustees to sell the Manor of Bushley, in the County of Worcester, Part of the Bishopric of London; and to purchase other Lands, to be annexed to the said Bishopric, for the improvement thereof."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to the Lords following:

Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Thursday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers.

St. Ann's Church Bill.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the making further Provision for finishing the Parish Church of St. Anne in the Liberty of Westminster, and the Buildings directed to be erected and done, pursuant to a former Act of Parliament."

Holt's Bill to divest Fountain of Lands for Payment of a Mortgage.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for divesting the Manor or Lordship of Bushwood and Lapworth, and several other Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, in the County of Warwick, out of Andrew Fountaine Esquire; and vesting the same in Trustees, for raising and paying a Debt due upon a Mortgage thereof, taken in the Name of the said Andrew Fountaine."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill shall be committed to the Lords following; who are empowered to receive any Propositions that shall be made to them, whereby this Bill may be less necessary, and report the same specially to the House:

E. of Suffolk's Bill.

The Lord Viscount Weymouth reported the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable the Trustees of James late Earl of Suffolke to sell the Manor of Hadstocke in Essex, for discharging several other Manors and Lands of the said late Earl from Five Thousand Pounds, Remainder of Ten Thousand Pounds by him formerly charged thereon," with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Small Tithes Bill.

Hodie 1^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the more speedy and easy Recovery of Small Tithes."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill shall be read the Second Time on Tuesday the Twelfth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that all the Lords be then summoned to attend.

Small Debts in Westm. Bill.

Hodie 1^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for recovering of Small Debts, and for relieving of Poor Debtors, in Westminster, and the Liberties thereof."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Tuesday the Twelfth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Trials for Treason Bill.

The Commons being come to the Free Conference upon the Proviso (A.) added by the Lords to the Bill, intituled, "An Act for regulating Trials in Cases of "Treason;" the Managers Names were read.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and the Lords went to the Free Conference.

Which being ended, the House was resumed.

Conference.

The Managers reported, "They had been at the Free Conference."

And, after some Debate, it is ORDERED, That the further Debate upon this Free Conference shall be adjourned until Thursday next, at Twelve of the Clock.
