Baker's Bill.

The Lord Herbert of Chirbury reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting in Sydenham Baker Gentleman an absolute Estate of Inheritance, in Fee Simple, in a certain Rent, Messuages, Lands, and Hereditaments, in the County of Devon; and securing to John Baker Gentleman and Henry Baker, an Infant, his Son, Monies in Lieu of their Claims thereunto," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

To which the House agreed; and ordered the said Bill to be engrossed.

Dolphin versus Haynes.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein William Dolphin, Katherine his Wife, and Paris Slaughter, are Appellants, and Francis Haynes Respondent, on Wednesday the Twelfth Day of January next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Madsacker & al. Nat. Bill.

The Lord Herbert of Chirbury reported a Bill from the Committee, intituled, "An Act for the Naturalization of Gerard Madsacker and others," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

L. C. J. of the K. B. to attend, with the Coroner's Inquest, on Hill's Death.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Chief Justice of His Majesty's Court of King's Bench do attend this House To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock; and bring with him the Coroner's Inquest, relating to the Death of William Hill.

Evison versus Serj. at Arms.

Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Evison: It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Serjeant at Arms attending this House may have a Copy of the said Petition; and do put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Tenth Day of January next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
