Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting a Moiety of certain Messuages and Lands in Hackney, in the County of Middl'x, in Trustees, for the Benefit of Susan Cary, Widow and Relict of Nicholas Cary Esquire deceased, and others."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cook and Sir Richard Holford:
To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.
Lord Mohun to be bailed.
Upon reading the Petition of Charles Lord Mohun; shewing, "That, by reason of his Consinement, he is much impaired in his Health;" (as also upon reading the Certificate of Sir Thomas Millington Doctor of Physic;) and praying to be admitted to Bail:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Lucas, Chief Governor of His Majesty's Tower of London, or the Deputy Governor thereof, do bring the said Lord Mohun to the Bar of this House, To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock, in order to be bailed.

The Lord Guilford reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting Lands in Trustees, to be sold, for Payment of the Debts of Wriothesley Baptist late Earl of Ganesborough, deceased," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.
Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Blasphemy, &c. to suppress, Bill.
Whereas this Day was appointed for the Second Reading of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the more effectual suppressing of Blasphemy and Prosaneness:"

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better settling the several Estates of the Right Honourable John Lord Viscount Lisburne in the Kingdom of Ireland, and the Lady Viscountess Lisburne his Wife;" and to acquaint their Lordships, that they have agreed to the same, without any Amendment.
Sir W. Morley versus Jones, in Error:
After hearing Counsel this Day, to argue the Errors assigned upon a Writ of Error brought into this House the Twelfth Day of March last, from His Majesty's Court of King's Bench, wherein Judgement is entered for Peter Jones, against Sir William Morley:
Judgement affirmed.
Upon due Consideration of what was offered thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Judgement given in His Majesty's Court of King's Bench for the said Peter Jones shall be, and is hereby, affirmed; and that the Record be remitted to the Court of King's Bench.
The Tenor of which Judgement, to be affixed to the Record to be remitted, is as follows; (videlicet,)
