Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for making Billinsgate a free Market for Sale of Fish;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Byde's Bill.

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Thomas Byde Esquire, an Infant, (with the Consent of his Guardians and next Relations) to make a Contract for the buying in his Mother's Jointure, and to sell a small Estate in Great Amwell, in the County of Hertford; and likewise for the securing and raising a Portion for Barbara Byde, Sister of the said Thomas Byde, and for other Purposes in the Act mentioned," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Nat. Bills, not to be reported till after 12 o'Clock. Message from H. C. to remind the Lords of the Bill for the Quiet of the Subject, &c.

ORDERED, That no naturalizing Bill shall be reported till after Twelve of the Clock.

Sir Thomas Seyliard's Bill.

The Earl of Stamford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting certain Lands of Sir Thomas Seyliard Baronet, in the County of Kent, in Trustees, to be sold, for the Payment of his Sisters Portions charged thereon," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Wyburgh versus L. Lonsdale.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Viscount Lonsdale do put in his Answer to Thomas Wyburgh's Appeal, on Wednesday the Nine and Twentieth Day of this Instant March, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Capt. Trevanion's Attendance dispensed with.

Whereas Captain Trevanion was to attend the Lords Committees appointed to consider of Captain Desborow's Petition:

It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Captain Trevanion shall be, and he is hereby, discharged from his Attendance on the said Committee.

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Lords Committees appointed to consider of Captain Desborow's Petition, the several Informations taken upon Oath relating to that Matter.

After Debate;

The Question was put, "Whether the Consideration of this Report shall be taken up on Monday next?"

It was Resolved in the Negative.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration of this Report shall be resumed on Thursday next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon; and no other Business to intervene; and all the Lords summoned to attend.

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Samuel Bernardeau, Peter Chantreau des Gaudree, and others, Private Gentlemen belonging to His Majesty's Three Troops of Guards and Grenadiers," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.
