L. Viscount Lonsdale introduced, and takes the Oaths.

This Day John Lord Viscount Lonsdale was introduced, between the Earl of Denbigh and the Lord Viscount Weymouth; the Lord Great Chamberlain and the Herald going before, carrying his Patent; delivered it to the Lord Viscount Lonsdale, who gave it to the Lord Keeper, on his Knee: Which was read at the Table, and is dated the 28° Maii, 8° Gulielmi Tertii.

His Writ was also read; and is dated the 20th October; 8° Gul. Tertii.

Then his Lordship came to the Table; and took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to the Statutes; and took his Place at the lower End of the Earls Bench.

Message to H. C. for Members to attend, about the E. of Monmouth.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Robert Legard and Sir Richard Holford:

To desire that they will give Leave that Mr. Secretary Trumbull; Mr. Monkton, and Mr. Moyle, (Members of their House) may attend their Lordships, to give Evidence in relation to some Matters which concern the Earl of Monmouth.

D. Norfolk versus Jermaine, Record to be brought in.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Chief Justice of His Majesty's Court of King's Bench do bring to this House the Record of a Trial in that Court, between the Duke of Norfolke and Mr. Jermaine.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Mr. Nicholas Baker, Mr. Wicket, Mr. Keymer the Dutchess of Norfolk's Coachman, White an Irishman, and Christopher Dighton, do forthwith attend this House.

Persons who informed of the Conspiracy, and those who were concerned in it, Names of.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Chief Justice of His Majesty's Court of King's Bench do send to this House the Names of those Persons who gave the Informations of the Conspiracy against Mr. George Porter; and also the Names of the Persons mentioned in those Informations.

E. Lincoln versus Rolle & al.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein the Earl of Lincoln, by Susanna Countess of Lincoln his Mother and Prochein Amy, is Appellant, and Samuel Rolle and others Respondents, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Tuesday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Rex versus Walcott, in Error.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued, upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein His Majesty by His Attorney General is Plaintiff, and John Walcot Son of Thomas Walcot Defendant, on Wednesday the Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Winchester versus Fowke.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Henry Winchester and Ann his Wife are Appellants, and Elizabeth Fowke Respondent, on Thursday the One and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Tilley versus Richardson.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein John Tilley is Appellant, and Thomas Richardson Respondent, on Friday the Two and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
