Upon reading the Petition of Adrian Lofland, Cornelius Vandeput, and Peter Scriber, Merchants; praying Leave to bring in a Bill for their Naturalization:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners have hereby Leave given them for bringing in a Bill, as desired.

Luke versus Bickerstaffe.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Jane Luke, Spinster, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Two and Twentieth Day of February last, on the Behalf of Shem Bridges, Samuel Christie, James Tooth, Henry Southouse, William Faldoe, and John Faldoe, Executors of Thomas Christie; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Shem Bridges, Samuel Christie, James Tooth, Henry Southouse, William Faldoe, and John Faldoe, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Friday the Tenth Day of April next, at Eleven of the Clock.

Morris versus Harrison.

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Charles Morris Esquire, and Margaret Morris, Administratrix, with the Will annexed, of Robert Morris Esquire, deceased, from a Decree and several Orders made in the Court of Chancery, the Fifth Day of December One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-five, the Fifteenth of March One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-six, and the Fifteenth of December One Thousand Six, Hundred Ninety-nine, on the Behalf of Mary Harrison, Administratrix, with the Will annexed, of Godfrey Harrison, deceased, John Harrison, Son and Heir of the said Godfrey Harrison, and others; as also upon the Answer of the said Mary Harrison and John Harrison put in to the said Appeal:

Upon due Consideration of what was offered thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Charles Morris and Margaret Morris shall be, and is hereby, dismissed; and that the Decree and Orders therein complained of shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed.

Earl of Radnor versus King's Bench and Fleet Prisons Bill.

Upon reading the Petition of Charles Bodville, Earl of Radnor; praying to be heard against the Bill, intituled, "An Act for regulating the Prisons of The King's Bench and Fleete:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Earl of Radnor shall be heard, by his Counsel, on Wednesday the Second Day of April next, at Eleven of the Clock, before the Second Reading of the said Bill.

Sir John Thomas versus Sir Charles Keymeys.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Sir John Thomas and his Wife are Appellants, and Sir Charles Keymeys and others Respondents, on Thursday the Third Day of April next, at Eleven of the Clock.

Adjourn.
