Killiow's Bill.

The Lord Viscount Longueville reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the more speedy Payment of the Debts of Christopher Killiow Esquire, and for the raising Portions and Maintenance for his Brothers and Sisters, in Pursuance of his Father's Will," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the more speedy Payment of the Debts of Christopher Killiow Esquire, and for the raising Portions and Maintenance for his Brothers and Sisters, in Pursuance of his Father's Will."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice, the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

Sir H. Ashurst, L. Baltimore, and Penn, versus Colony Bill.

After hearing Counsel this Day, upon the Petition of Sir Henry Ashurst Baronet, Agent for the Colony of Conecticott, against the Bill, intituled, "An Act for re-uniting to the Crown the Government of several Colonies and Plantations in America;" as also upon reading the Petition of Charles Lord Baltemore, praying to be heard, by his Counsel, against the said Bill; as also upon the Petition of William Penn Junior:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock, the Lord Baltemore and Mr. Penn shall be heard, by their Counsel, as desired; and any other Persons who shall think themselves therein concerned; and none after.

Hide's Bill.

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Estate of Humphry Hyde Esquire, deceased, in Trustees, for raising Portions for his Younger Children," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Papers concerning American Colonies, from Commissioners of Trade.

The Lord Lexington delivered, from the Commissioners of Trade, Seven Papers, pursuant to the Order of the Third Instant, concerning the Colonies in America; (videlicet,)

"1. Massachuset's Bay.

"2. Olivad Island.

"3. Conecticott.

"4. East and West New Jersey.

"5. Pensilvania.

"6. Carolina.

"7. Bohamia Islands."

King's Bench and Fleet Prisons, Bill for regulating.

The Lord Viscount Longueville reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for regulating the Prisons of The King's Bench and Fleete," as fit to pass, with several Amendments and Clauses.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and ORDERED, That the said Amendments and Clauses be engrossed.

Papers concerning American Colonies, from Commissioners of the Customs.

Mr. Savage, from the Commissioners of the Customs, delivered Three Papers; (videlicet,)

Causes removed.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause this Day appointed to be heard, wherein James Farewell is Appellant, and John White and others are Respondents, shall be heard on Monday next; and that all other Causes shall be removed in Course; and all the Lords summoned to attend.
