Lords take the Oaths.
This Day John Lord Lovelace and John Lord Ashburnham took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.
Ormsby versus Dodwell.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of John Ormsby, of Alacka, in the County of Limerick, and Kingdom of Ireland, Esquire, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery there, the Third Day of December last, in a Cause wherein Henry Dodwell Esquire and Katherine his Wife were Plaintiffs, and the Petitioner and others Defendants; and praying, "That the said Henry Dodwell and Katherine his Wife may put in their Answer thereunto:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Henry Dodwell and Katherine his Wife may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Tuesday the Eighth Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.
Ormsby versus Ormsby.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of John Ormsby, of Alacka, in the County of Lymerick, and Kingdom of Ireland, Esquire, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Third Day of December last, in a Cause wherein Elizabeth Ormsby, Widow and Administratrix of Arthur Ormsby Junior, was Plaintiff, and the Petitioner and others Defendants; and praying, "That the said Elizabeth Ormsby may answer to the said Appeal:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Elizabeth Ormsby may have a Copy of the said Petition; and shall and she is hereby required to put in her Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Seventh Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.
The Lord Keeper reported Her Majesty's Answer to the Address, as follows; (videlicet,)

Trustees of Ireland.
The Lord Keeper acquainted the House, "That Two of the Trustees of Ireland were come to Town, and were ready to attend this House, with a Copy of their Accompts, when the House shall think fit to appoint."
