This Day Richard Earl Rivers, James Lord Chandos, and Banistre Lord Maynard, took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Weston, Leave for a Bill.

Upon reading the Petition of Mary Weston, late Widow of Nicholas Goddard Esquire deceased, and Mother of John Goddard Esquire also deceased, and now the Wife of William Weston Esquire; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for the settling of the Estate Real and Personal of the Petitioner's Son, for the Benefit of the Petitioner's Grand-children:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Leave to bring in a Bill, as desired.

Brograve, Leave for a Bill.

Upon reading the Petition of Sir Thomas Brograve Baronet, and the Honourable Elizabeth his Wife; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for Sale of some Lands in Hertfordshire, and settling and exchanging other Lands in the same County:

Prayers to be called for at Eleven

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Prayers shall be called for every Day, constantly at Eleven a Clock.

Sharpe versus Thomas:

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of John Sharpe Esquire, from Two several Orders of the Court of Chancery, the one made the Sixteenth Day of December in the Twelfth Year of the Reign of King William the Third, and the other the Second Day of August One Thousand Seven Hundred, on the Behalf of Daniel Thomas and Benjamine White; as also upon the Answer of the said Daniel Thomas and Benjamine White put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed.

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of John Sharpe shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Orders therein complained of shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed.

Adjourn.
