A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Conyers and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for granting an Aid to Her Majesty by a Land Tax, to be raised in the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seven;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Land Tax Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for granting an Aid to Her Majesty by a Land Tax, to be raised in the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seven."

D. of Marlborough's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the settling of the Honours and Dignities of John Duke of Marlborough upon his Posterity, and annexing the Honour and Manor of Woodstock, and House of Bleinheim to go along with the said Honours."

Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the said Bill.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Duke of Bolton reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, with some Amendments."

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.
