Time limited for Appeals and Writs of Error.
It is Declared, and Agreed, That, after the Thirtieth Day of this Instant November, this House will not receive any Petition of Appeal, or Writ of Error, from any Decree or Judgement made or given, in any the Courts below, before the Meeting of this Parliament.
