Bp. of Rochester takes the Oaths.

This Day Francis Lord Bishop of Rochester took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Johnson versus Perry, in Error, Return of Certiorari.

The Lord Chief Baron of the Court of Exchequer delivered the Return of the Certiorari, in relation to the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Robert Johnson Esquire is Plaintiff, and Samuel Perry Defendant.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, to robe.

The House was resumed.

And, in order to their proceeding to the Solemnity of the Public Thanksgiving,

Adjourn.
