Upon this Second Reading of the Bill, the Judges did find some Imperfection in one Point of the same; which they made known to the Lord Chancellor; and his Lordship moved the House, for some Amendments to be added: Whereunto their Lordships agreed; and thereupon the said Amendments were presently Twice read, and the Bill appointed to be ingrossed.
