Item 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act to make a Fine, levied by Peter Hearne and Johan his Wife, and John Tredolias Leha and Anne his Wife, during the Minority of the said Johan and Anne, to be void against the said Anne. The Lords have appointed Monday in the Afternoon next, for the Time for the Hearing of the Cause, and have given Order that the Parties should have Warning to be here then, with their Counsel, by Two of the Clock.
