The Bill for the Repeal of a Statute, made in the 23d Year of Her Majesty's Reign, intituled, An Act for the Increase of Mariners, and Maintenance of Navigation, was brought into the House by the Committees, with an Amendment, thought fit to be put into the Bill; the Amendment Thrice read, and appointed to be fixed in a Schedule to the Bill.
