THIS Day, John Hithcocks and William Westbury, Prisoners in The Fleet, who were committed thither on Monday last, the 14th of this Instant May, were, by the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, brought to the Bar, and, upon Acknowledgement of their Fault in arresting of Mathias Hill, Servant to the Lord Stafford, since the Beginning of this Session of Parliament, and upon their humble Submission, were discharged.

Moor-burning in the Northern Counties.

The Bill against burning of Ling and Heath, and other Moor-burning, in the Counties of York, Durham, Northumb'land, &c. at unseasonable Times of the Year, which was referred to Committees on Saturday, the 12th of this Instant May, was this Day brought into the House, by the Lord Archbishop of Yorke, the first of the Committees, with certain Amendments.
