James Earl of Derby took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Conyers and others:

With a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better Support of His Majesty's Household, and of the Honour and Dignity of the Crown of Great Britain;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
