D Richmond & al. Petition referred to Judges.

Upon reading the Petition of Charles Duke of Richmond and Lenox, Lady Ann Lenos his Daughter, and the Honourable John Robartes Esquire; praying, "That Leave may be given to bring in a Bill, for the immediate Sale of the Manor of Cawsham, and Premises in the Petition mentioned, in the County of Oxon, and a Meadow called Reading Mead, in the County of Berks; and for applying the Money arising thereby, for the Payment of the Petitioner's Debts:"

It is Ordered, That the Consideration of the said Petition be, and is hereby, referred to Mr. Justice Blencowe and Mr. Justice Tracy; who are forthwith to summon all Parties concerned in the Bill; and, after hearing them, to report to the House the State of the Case, with their Opinion thereupon, under their Hands, and whether all Parties that may be concerned in the Consequences of the Bill have signed the Petition; and also that the Judges, having perused the Bill, do sign the same.

State of the Coin:

The Order of the Day being read, for taking into Consideration the State of the Coin of this Kingdom:

The House was informed, "That a Person from the Commissioners of the Customs attended."

He was called in.

Papers delivered.

And Mr. Henry Martin, the Inspector General, delivered, at the Bar, pursuant to the Order of this House Yesterday, Two Papers, intituled,

"The Commissioners of the Customs Return, to an Order of the Right Honourable the Lords assembled in Parliament, about Foreign Coin and Bullion.

"Foreign Coin and Bullion entered for Exportation, distinguishing the Countries, from Lady-day 1710, to 16th January 1717/8, inclusive."

And then he withdrew.

And the said Titles were read.

Then the House, pursuant to the Order of the Day, proceeded to take into Consideration the State of the Coin of this Kingdom.

And, after Debate;

Ordered, That on Saturday next this House shall be put into a Committee of the whole House, to take into further Consideration the State of the Coin of this Kingdom.

Eversfield's Bill:

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting divers Lands and Tenements, in the County of Sussex, Part of the Estate of Charles Eversfield Esquire, in Trustees, for a present Provision for his Son, and for the Payment of the Debts of the said Charles Eversfield."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Dormer and Mr. Orlebar:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

L. Harborough's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Great Tithes and Glebe Lands belonging to the Rectory of Saxby, in the County of Leicester, in the Right Honourable Bennet Lord Harborough and his Heirs, in Lieu of other Lands, and an Annuity, to be settled on the Rector of the said Church and his Successors for ever; and for other Purposes therein mentioned."

Ordered, That the Consideration of the said Petition be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)
