The Earl of Northumberland reported from the Lords Committees to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for confirming Articles of Agreement and an Award, for enclosing and dividing certain Wastes and Commons, in the Manor of Ridley, in the County of Northumberland," was committed "That they had considered the said Bill, and examined the Allegations thereof, which were found to be true, that the Parties concerned had given their Consents, and that the Committee had gone through the Bill, and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment."

Barnesley's Bill, Committee shortened.

The Order of the Day being read, for taking into Consideration the Motion made Yesterday, for dispensing with the Standing Order of this House, requiring Fourteen Days Notice to be given of the Meeting of Committees on Private Bills, so far as that the Committee to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Real Estate late of William Barnesley Esquire, deceased, in Trustees, for the Benefit of William Barnesley Esquire, his only Son and Heir, who is a Lunatick, and for raising Money, to pay the Costs of several Suits and Proceedings at Law and in Equity, brought for the Recovery of the said Estate," stands committed, may meet on an earlier Day than is appointed, in regard the Session of Parliament is far advanced.

And Consideration being had thereof accordingly.

Ordered, That the said Standing Order be so far dispensed with, in this Case, as that the Committee may meet, to consider of the said Bill, on Monday next.

Ld Blantyre's Bill, Committee shortened.

The like Proceeding was had, in relation to the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable the Right Honourable William Lord Blantyre, and the Heirs of Entail for the Time being, to alienate, by Way of Exchange or Excambion, certain Lands in the Constabulary of Ha dington and Shire of Edinburgh," except only that the Committee was directed to meet on Tuesday next.

Shrewsbury Roads, Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr Kynaston and others.

With a Bill, intituled, "An Act for repairing the Roads from the Town of Shrewsbury, through Ellesmere, in the County of Salop, and Overton, in the County of Flint, to Wrexham, in the County of Denbigh," to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

D of Ancaster's Bill.

The Lord Montfort reported from the Lords Committees to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for supplying certain Defects in a Settlement of the Family Estates of Peregrine Duke of Ancaster and Kesteven, by enabling him to raise Portions thereout for his Daughters, in the Manner therein mentioned," was committed "That they had considered the said Bill, and examined the Allegations thereof, which were found to be true, that the Parties concerned had given their Consents, and that the Committee had gone through the Bill, and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment"

Ordered, That the said Bill be engrossed.

Wicker's Bill.

The Lord Willoughby of Parham made the like Report from the Lords Committees to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Manor of Stepney, and divers Lands and Hereditaments, in the Parish of Stepney, in the County of Middlesex, comprized in the Marriage Settlement of John Wicker Esquire, in him and his Heirs, and for settling Lands, in the Counties of Sussex, Surrey, and Kent, in Lieu thereof, to the Uses of that Settlement," was committed.

And the same Order was made.

The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed, for hearing the Cause wherein James Earl of Kildare in the Kingdom of Ireland and Viscount Leinster in the Kingdom of Great Britain is Appellant, and James M'Roberts and Moore Disney Esquires are Respondents, and the Cause wherein the said Earl is Appellant, and John Higginbotham Gentleman and the said Moore Disney are Respondents"

It is Ordered, That this House will near the said Causes, by Counsel, at the Bar, on the First vacant Day for Causes after those already appointed.

Wynne's Pet. against Wytham Field Bill, withdrawn.

Whereas, on the 13th Day of this Instant February, a Petition of Richardo-Gulielmo-Gasparo-Melchior-Baltazaro Wynne was presented, and read, praying to be heard, by his Counsel, against the Bill depending in this House, for enclosing a Common Field called Wytham on the Hill In Field, which Petition stands referred to the Committee to whom the Bill stands committed.

And the House being this Day moved, at the Desire of the Petitioner's Agent, "That he may be at Liberty to withdraw the said Petition"

Ordered, That the Petitioner have Leave to withdraw the said Petition, as desired.

E. of Donegall's Bill.

Ordered, That all the Lords who have been present this Session, and are not of the Committee to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enabling the Trustees of the Right Honourable Arthur Earl of Donegall in the Kingdom of Ireland to make Leases of the said Earl's Lands and Tenements, in and about the Town of Belfast in the said Kingdom, for Three Lives, or Ninety-nine Years, or such other Leases or Grants as is therein mentioned, in order to promote and encourage the re-building of the said Town," stands committed, be added thereto.

The Earl of Winchilsea reported from the Lords Committees to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting divers Manors and Lands, in the Counties of Lancaster and Chester, devised by the Will of the late Sir John Bland Baronet, deceased, in the present Sir John Bland, in Fee Simple, discharged of the Trusts of the said Will, and for settling an Estate in the County of York in Lieu thereof, and in Exchange for the same," was committed. "That they had considered the said Bill, and examined the Allegations thereof, which were found to be true, that the Parties concerned had given their Consents, and that the Committee had gone through the Bill, and made some Amendments thereunto."

Which, being read Twice by the Clerk, were agreed to by the House.

Ordered, That the said Bill, with the Amendments, be engrossed.

Address for State of the National Debt.

Ordered, That an humble Address be presented to His Majesty, "That He will be graciously pleased to order the proper Officer to lay before this House, a State of the National Debt, provided or unprovided for by Parliament, as it stood on the 31st of December 1750 and 31st of December 1751, together with an Accompt of the Produce of the Sinking Fund in that Year, and to the Payment of what Debts, contracted before the 25th of December 1716, the said Fund hath been applied"

Ordered, That the said Address be presented to His Majesty by the Lords with White Staves.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by the Lord Strange and others.

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Part of the entailed Estate of Sir George Mackinzie Knight, deceased, lying in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, and for purchasing other Estates, to be settled to the same Uses, and for other Purposes therein mentioned," and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to the same, with some Amendments, whereunto they desire their Lordships Concurrence.
