DIE Jovis, 19 die Januarii.

PRAYERS.

Earl of Manchester, Speaker of the House this Day.

Sir Richard Yonge, not to attend the King, but to attend his Cause in this House.

Upon Information to this House, "That Sir Ric'd Yonge hath received a Letter from the King, commanding him to give his Attendance on His Majesty at Oxford;" now, in regard that the Cause between him and Mr. Mynn is to be heard in this House on Saturday next, it is Ordered, That the said Sir Ric'd Young shall appear, and attend the said Hearing, accordingly; and afterwards their Lordships will take this Business into Consideration.

Jacob Langer, a Pass to Oxford.

Ordered, That Jacob Langer shall have a Pass, to go to Oxford, being the Emperor's Agent here.

Paul Bettermy, ditto.

Ordered, That Paul Bettermy and his Deputy shall have a Pass, to go to Oxford, being Messenger to the Green Cloth.

Adjourn.
