Lady Sharpleigh and Folliock.
An Ordinance for Confirmation of a Decree in Chancery, in Behalf of the Lady Sharpeigh, unto John Folliocke, was read Twice, and committed to these Lords following:
Any Three, to meet on Friday Morning next; and Mr. Serjeant Whitfeild and Mr. Serjeant Fynch to be Assistants; and the Parties on both Sides are to have Notice to attend at the said Time.
Peter-house College Petition, recommended to the Committee for Sequestrations.
Ordered, That the Petition of Lazarus Seaman, Master of Peter-house, in Cambridge, in Behalf of himself and all the Fellows of that College, is hereby recommended to the Committee of Lords and Commons for Sequestrations, to give such Respect to the Desire of the Petitioners as they shall see just Cause so to do.
Ordinances for issuing Commissions of Oyer and Terminer and of Sewers.
This Day Two Ordinances were brought, according to Order on Saturday last:
1. Concerning Commissions of Oyer and Terminer.
Read Thrice, and Agreed to.
2. An Ordinance concerning Commissions of Sewers.
Read Thrice, and Agreed to.
Message to the H. C. with them.
A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Page and Dr. Heath:
To desire their Concurrence in Two Ordinances aforesaid.
Earl of Stanford to have the Keeping of Oulney and Holdenby Parks, &c.
"It is this Day Ordered, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That it be recommended to the Committee for the Revenue, that the Earl of Stanford may have the Command and Keeping of His Majesty's House and Parks of Oulney, in the County of Bucks, and of the House and Park of Holdenby, in the County of North'ton, and all such Commands, Royalties, and Keeping, of all other His Majesty's Houses, Parks, Forests, and Chaces, in the said Counties of Bucks and North'ton, in as ample Manner and Power as the late Earl of North'ton had and enjoyed the same."
