Ordered, That the Cause between Baker and Allen shall be heard, at this Bar, the Tenth of this Month.
Shipden and Congham.
Ordered, That if Shipden will take Institution and Induction to the Church of Blofield, in the County of Norff. then this House leaves the Matter of the Title in Difference between him and Congham to the ordinary Course of Law.
Charge against Cawdrey and Hutton, Officers of Camb. Univ.
Upon reading the Charges on the Behalf of the Heads of the University of Cambridge, against Zachary Cawdrey, One of the Proctors of the University of Cambridge, and against George Hutton, One of the Fellows of St. John's Colledge, in Cambridge, and Senior Regent of the said University; and upon hearing their Answers and Witnesses on both Sides, and afterwards upon a full Debate and mature Consideration of the whole Business by this House:
And the Question being put, "Whether the Article against Mr. Cawdrey, concerning his Subscription for his Half Dividend to be His Majesty's, be proved, or not?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
The Question being put, "Whether the Article against Mr. Hutton, concerning his Subscription for His Majesty, be proved, or not?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Ordered, That Mr. Cawdrey, according to the Ordinance of Parliament of the of, shall not be Proctor of the University of Cambridge.
Deprived of their Offices there.
Ordered, That Mr. Hutton, according to the Ordinance of Parliament of the of, shall not be any longer Senior Regent of the University of Cambridge.
And an Order to be sent to the Vice Chancellor of the University of Cambridge.
Goldsmith to be instituted to Westhall.
Ordered, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That Dr. Aylett give Institution and Induction unto John Goldsmith Clerk, to the Vicarage of Westhall, in the County of Suff. void by the Resignation of the last Incumbent; salvo Jure cujuscunque; he taking the National League and Covenant, and producing his Presentation under the Great Seal of England.

Ordered, That the Cause between Smith and Sympson, upon a Writ of Error, shall be argued on the Tenth of this Instant December.
