Be it Enacted by his Highness the Lord Protector and the Parliament, and the authority thereof, That the passing of this present Act, or of any other Act or Acts, or his Highness the Lord Protectors consent to them or any of them in this present Session of Parliament, shall not be any determination of the said Session.
