Entry	R, apothecary of Tower Street, had been apprenticed for 7 years in Coventry and had later become a freeman of the Surgeons. The Censors had found prescriptions at his shop on 26 Nov 1613. R claimed that they were from Dr Pattison. Then he blamed his brother, John R (qv, 623).
