Worcestershire

To Henry Townshend esquire and the rest of the worshipfull justices of
the peace of the county of Worcester at the quarter sessions assembled.

We Henry Crane Joshua Dowler Joshua Tilt Benjamin Watson Benjamin
Pearsall and Francis Homfrays being protestant dissenters do humbly certify unto
your worships that we intend to assemble at the dwelling house of the said Henry
Crane situate in the town of Bromsgrove in the county of Worcester for our
religious worship and therefore humbly beseech your worships to order and allow the
same to be registred at this quarter session by the clerk of the peace for this
county pursuant to the Act of Toleration made for that purpose

And your petitioners shall ever pray etc.
