LIST OF MAPS AND PLANS

The maps, except for those by Baker, were drawn by K. J. Wass from drafts by Susan M. Keeling and A. P. M. Wright. The plans of churches were drawn by A. P. Baggs, partly on the basis of surveys made for the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments (England).
