LIST OF MAPS

The maps were drawn by Mr. A. A. Klaiber, of the Gloucestershire County Planning Department, from drafts prepared by N. M. Herbert and A. R. J. Jurica. Those of Fairford and Lechlade are based on Ordnance Survey Maps 1/2,500 (1903 edn.), that of Bibury on Ordnance Survey Map 6" (1903 edn.), with later information taken from Ordnance Survey material, Crown Copyright reserved; those of the hundreds in 1845 are based on Ordnance Survey Maps 1" (1958 edn.), and that of Chedworth on Ordnance Survey Map 6" (1903 edn.).
