Higham Priory (p. 146): Alice Heron, prioress, resigned 1489 (Pat. 4 Hen. VII, m. 12 (20)).
Malling Abbey (p. 148): Joan Baude, late abbess in 1414, and Isabel Ruton occurs as abbess at same date (De Banco, Trin. 2 Hen. V, 354).
Sheppey Minster (p. 150): Joan Cobbeham, prioress, occurs 1435 (De Banco, Trin. 13 Hen. VI, 410).
Boxley Abbey (p. 155): William, abbot, occurs 1336 (Carte Misc. Bdle, 21, No. 242), and Robert in 1430 (Close, 9 Hen. VI, m. 19d).
Lesnes Abbey (p. 166): Mark, abbot, occurs 1219 (Fines, Essex, 4 Hen. III).

St. Radegund's Abbey (p. 174-5): John de Redyng, abbot, occurs 1354 (Exch. K.R. Ace., Bdle. 462, No. 17), and William in 1427, who is described as late abbot in 1437 (De. Banco, Trin. 15 Hen. VI, 128).
Swingfield Preceptory (p. 176): Wuilherm Hulles, preceptor, occurs 1406 (Pat. 1 Hen. V, pt. 5, m. 29).
Mottenden Priory (p. 208): John, minister, occurs 1452 (De Banco, East. 30 Hen. VI, 463).
St. James' Hospital, Canterbury (p. 210): Isabel, prioress, occurs 1437 (De Banco, Mich. 16 Hen. VI, 507).
