The maps were drawn by K. J. Wass from drafts by G. C. Baugh (figs. 1, 3, 9, 16-17, 34), D. C. Cox (figs. 10-13, 15, 36, 38, 43), and P. A. Stamper (figs. 2, 4, 6-8, 14, 18-22, 24-6, 31, 33, 41, 46).
