Jan. 9.
Kingston Lacy.
William de Shyrle came before the king, on Sunday after the Epiphany, and sought to replevy to John Boter and Richard le Suur their land in Tocton, which was taken into the king's hands for their default before the justices of the Bench against Hugh le Machun of Wymburnysmynster and Juliana, his wife. This is signified to the justices.
Jan. 3.
Wimborne Minister.
Emma de Weyvill came before the king, on Monday after the Circumcision, and sought to replevy her lands in Wade, which was taken into the king's hands for her default before the justices of the Bench against Isabel, late the wife of Robert le Barbur. This is signified to the justices.
Jan. 13.
Kingston Lacy.
Donatus de Stretford came before the king, on Wednesday after the Epiphany, and sought to replevy to Thomas de Chirynton and Maud, his wife, their land in Wyke, which was taken into the king's hands for their default before the justices of the Bench against Margery, daughter of Nicholas de Thowebury of Wyke. This is signified to the justices.
Joan, one of the sisters and heiresses of William Gumbaud, tenant in chief, puts in her place Thomas son of Ivo Brun of Flete, and Geoffrey Pacok to demand and receive her purparty of William's lands.

Thomas Michel of Sudbury acknowledges that he owes to Nicholas de Ertecombe 66s. 8d.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Suffolk.
Walter atte Park of Lammersh acknowledges that he owes to Nicholas 66s. 8d.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Essex.
William de Brewosa puts in his place John de Doune and John Burgeys against John de Creppyngg and his fellows, executors of the will of Roger de Moubray, to prosecute in his name in the king's court the matter between him and the executors concerning a recognisance made by him to Roger.

William de Brewosa acknowledges that he owes to Mary, late the wife of William de Brewosa, 40l.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Sussex.

Robert de Sancto Claro, knight, acknowledges that he owes to William de Hamelton, dean of St. Peter's, York, 10l.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Essex.
William Burdet, knight, acknowledges that he owes to John de Tilton 20l.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Leicester.
Thomas le Messager of Martelane, London, acknowledges that he owes to Robert de Whetelay, clerk, 20s.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in London.
Roger son of Robert Julian de Lunderthorp acknowledges that he owes to William son of William de Welleby 40s.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Lincoln.
