Dec. 12.
Tutbury.		 To the justices of the Bench. Order not to put John Cosyn in default for not appearing before them on Thursday the octaves of St. John the Baptist last in the suit before them between Richard Martyn, demandant, and the said John, tenant, concerning 12½ acres of land and 2s. 4d. of rent in Harewe, as John was engaged in the king's service on that day.
