To the collectors of the customs and subsidies in the port of London. Order to pay to Richard Skail or to his attorney 5 marks which are in arrear to him, receiving from him the king's letters patent in his favour, to be taken to the receipt of the exchequer in the king's discharge, as the king lately ordered John Malewayn, surveyor of the king's customs and subsidies, and the collectors of the customs and subsidies in the port of Kyngeston upon Hull to cause allowance to be made to Richard of 20s. on every sack of his own wool taken out of that port, of the issues of the said customs and subsidies, until he should be satisfied for 5 marks of 10 marks lent by him to the king, which the king, by letters patent, granted him to take of the said issues in two years, of which sum he has been satisfied for 5 marks for the first year in the said port of Kyngeston, by the king's order, as appears fully by the endorsement of the said letters, and the king wishes him to be satisfied for the remaining 5 marks.
