Richard Hamound of Glaumorgan acknowledges that he owes to Thomas de Cotyngham, parson of Grendon church, 4l.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Hereford.
April 5.

To the bailiffs of Raveneserod. Order to cause all the goods and merchandise of Juertus de Brug, Henry Pape, Ralph Biscop and Frethericus Stene of Lubyk in a ship called 'Palmedagh' of Lubyk, whereof John Crouse is master, to be kept safely until further order, as they caused those goods to be arrested to the value of 150 marks, by the king's order, at the suit of William de Lithenay, and in order that justice may be done the king has given a day to the parties, to be before him in chancery on the quinzaine of Easter next, to do and receive what the king's court shall determine.
