To the treasurer and barons of the exchequer. Order to discharge William de Tideswelle, parson of Houton church, diocese of Lincoln, and the collectors of the biennial tenth granted by the clergy, of the 7 marks due from William for that tenth for his church, as the king has pardoned him the same. By K. on the information of the treasurer.

To William de Rothewell, keeper of the exchanges in the Tower of London. Order to deliver to William son and heir of William Latymer, to whom the king previously ordered the office of engraver and maker of his stamps in the Tower, to be delivered his fee of 7s. for engraving and making every dozen stamps there, every dozen containing 12 pieces, and the iron and blocks for those stamps, as it is found by inquisition that William the elder, at his death, held the said office in his demesne as of fee, which he acquired of Maud late the wife of John Buttetourt, by the king's licence, and it is found by the certificate of the treasurer and barons of the exchequer sent into chancery upon inspection of the rolls of the exchequer, that in the 33rd year of Edward I, John Buttetourt, who then had to wife the daughter and heir of Thomas son of Otto, to whom the said office then belonged, received 7s. for every dozen stamps as aforesaid, and that divers keepers of the exchange of London had allowance in their accounts rendered at the exchequer for the iron and blocks bought by them for making those stamps, both in the time of Edward I, and of the late king.

To Thomas de Brewes, keeper of the forest this side Trent, or to him who supplies his place in the forest of Rokyngham. Order to bail William Taillard, imprisoned at Rokyngham for trespass of vert and venison in Rokyngham forest, for which he is indicted, if he shall find twelve mainpernors who will undertake to have him before the justices for pleas of the forest in the county of Northampton to stand to right for that trespass, if he is repleviable in accordance with the assize of the forest.

To Richard de Thoresby, keeper of the hanaper of chancery. Order to pay to John de Tamworth, clerk of the crown of chancery, 10l. for Michaelmas term last, in accordance with the king's grant to him for his good service in chancery of 20l. to be received yearly for life of the issues of the hanaper.
