of Graneby, granted by charter his manor of Wobourn with appurtenances

estover and a thousand-weight of 'talwode' yearly, as is fully contained in
the said charter, and for the greater security of those clerks he acknowledged
in chancery that he was bound to them in 400l. Thomas and Richard grant
that if they hold the manor, except the woods with the said pannage,
agistment, estover and 'talwode' from the date of these presents until the
end of eleven years, and with the easement of all the houses of the manor,
with free entry and exit until Midsummer after the end of the eleven years,
without hindrance or claim from William or Lady Milicent his wife, then
