John Skynner of Reygate co. Surrey and Richard Skynner his son, to Isabella Bradbrigge, late wife of Richard Colcok the elder, formerly of Reygate, her heirs and assigns. Grant with warranty of an annual rent of ten marks for term of her life out of the manor of Chipstede co. Surrey aforesaid, which Richard Colcok formerly held, with an annual rent of ten marks, to be paid to the said Isabella and her assigns, to wit five marks from Chipstede, and five marks from Purbright at four terms of the year with the usual clause of distress for nonpayment: And the said John and Richard Skynner have put her in possession thereof by delivery of 4d. sterling. Witnesses: John Elmebrugge, William Charlewode, John Rychebele, John Broke, Thomas Broke. Dated 22 May, 2 Edward IV.
