William Berkeley, son and heir of Maurice Berkeley of Ieveley, knight, to John Dauntesey and William Battesford, their heirs and assigns. Gift with warranty of the manors of Rokehampton, Shepardyne and Newenton co. Gloucester with the advowson of Rokehampton church, and the manors of Brightmerston and Mildeston co. Wilts and the advowson of Mildeston church in perpetuity etc. Witnesses: Roger Tokote knight, Henry Longe, John Poyntz, Robert Poyntz esquires, Thomas Burnell. Dated 26 April, 5 Edward IV.
