Order to attach Thomas Chipnam, clerk, that he may appear before the king in chancery at Michaelmas next to answer John Morton, keeper of the chancery rolls, concerning a debt of 280l. which he unjustly withholds from him, and to obey the orders of that court etc. Dated 6 July, 12 Edward IV.

Devon, and of the manor of Netherhavyn and a mill and 6 acres of meadow, and the third part of four meses in ploughland, 6 acres of meadow and 200 of pasture in Hakeleston co.
