Feb. 6.
Westminster.
To the mayor of Calais and the escheator in that town. Order to restore Thomas Cristofre to possession of seven shops below the 'Motehalle,' with the issues and profits thereof since he was thrust out; as in a cause in chancery between the said Thomas and William Burley of Calais, by advice of the justices, serjeants at law and others of the council learned in the law it was determined that letters patent made to the said William should be revoked, and the said Thomas restored as aforesaid.
Feb. 9.
Westminster.
To the keepers of the passage in the port of London and the searcher there. Order to dearrest and deliver to John Snyppeston vintner of London a barge of his called 'le Thomas' of London of within sixty tuns burden, Thomas Dremer master, which by command of the king is arrested in that port, suffering the owner or master therewith to pass to any parts he shall please of the king's friendship, that arrest notwithstanding.

Barnet.
To William Frost late mayor of the city of York and escheator therein. Order to deliver to Hugh Tynmouth, executor of Thomas Barbour who was slain in the king's service at the battle of Shrewsbury, to dispose of for the soul of the deceased and pay his debts, 5 marks of gold of his which the king is informed were lately in the keeping of one Wormet a goldsmith, and were by the mayor seized into the king's hands for that suggestion was made that the deceased rose against the king with Henry Percy, and was in his service slain; as the king is assured to the contrary.
