Westminster.
To the sheriff of York. Order to put Thomas Faucomberge knight again in possession of all his lands within the realm; as in a cause in chancery between him and Thomas Brounflete and Robert Hilton knights concerning the keeping and ruling of his lands, which by reason of his idiocy came to the king's hands, by advice of the justices, serjeants at law and others of the council learned in the law it was determined that letters patent of the king to the said Thomas Brounflete and Robert concerning the same should be revoked, and that he should be put again in possession, with the issues thereof since he was thrust out.
