To the sheriff of Middlesex. Writ of supersedeas, by mainprise of James Strangweys of Lancashire, Thomas Brayton of Yorkshire and John Copuldyke of Lincolnshire, in favour of John Ussher of London 'barbour' at suit of Robert Brayton clerk for debt.

Writ of supersedeas omnino, by mainprise of William Hert 'taillour,' Nicholas Robert, John Shireloke 'sadyler' and Robert atte Hyrste 'skynner,' all of London, in respect of taking of John Durnelle any security for keeping the peace at suit of Richard Herkes of London 'spycer.'
Thomas Kylet, son of William Kylet of Essex, to John Laue mercer, Richard Forster and Thomas Aleyn mercer, citizens of London, their heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of the three messuages, 400 acres of land, 30 acres of meadow, 120 acres of pasture and 6l. 10s. of yearly rent in Reynham, Wenyngton, Alvythele, 'South Wokyndoun, North Wokyndoun,' Upmynstre and 'Westthurroke' co. Writ of supersedeas omnino in regard to taking of Thomas Munke (Munck) and Thomas Burgeys, both of Bechamwelle, any security for keeping the peace at suit of John Greve of Shengham, and order by mainprise of Thomas atte Seler of Kyngeston upon Thames, Thomas Grenewelle of Surrey, John Asshewelle of Middlesex and John Stokes of Somerset to set them free, if taken.

Condition, that the said Walter shall abide and perform the award of the archbishop touching all actions, plaints, demands etc. pending between him and Maurice Russell knight.
Henry Lercedekne to William Massy, his heirs and assigns. Gift and quitclaim with warranty of the manor of 'Andrewescourt' in 'Westhauney' co. Berkshire, and all other lands, rents, services and reversions of the grantor in that county, which by execution of a bond of statute staple in 200l. by him made before the mayor of the staple of Westminster to John de Levynthorp were held by the said John, who gave his whole estate therein to William Massy, his executors and assigns. Dated 31 July 9 Henry IV.

Condition, that he shall abide the award of Stephen Betnam, William Cheyne and John Martyn, to be made before Midsummer next, touching the right and title, claims and demands in dispute between the parties concerning the manor of Sapelle.

Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 40l., made in chancery 21 June this year by Edmund Bybesworth, Richard Perers and Thomas Faryndoun of Hertfordshire and John Fray of Essex for John Cherteseye, that he shall do or procure no hurt or harm to Robert Wombewelle vicar of Kympton, his men or servants.

Memorandum of an undertaking under a pain of 200l., made in chancery 2 July this year by Robert Latymer knight, to have John son and heir of John de la Lynde there upon warning received, and that the said John shall not in the mean time be married by him or by any other in his name.
Cancelled, because Robert Latymer has kept the conditions, as acknowledged by William Stourton at whose suit the mainprise was made.
