Dec. 17.
Robert Asshecombe citizen and 'brouderer' of London to Richard Cliderowe esquire and Thomas Somerton. Recognisance for 1,000l., to be levied etc. in the city of London.
Condition, that he shall abide and fulfil the award of John Shawe citizen and vintner of London and Richard Bures citizen and mercer, arbitrators chosen on behalf of the said Richard and Thomas, and of Alan Everard and Martin Kelham citizens and mercers chosen on his own behalf, touching all debates, actions and demands contained in a bill pending in chancery at his suit against the said Richard and Thomas, and shall appear before them at all days and places by them limited, so that their award be made before Easter next, and that if they may not agree, they shall shew their whole dealing to John Preston recorder of London, who is chosen as umpire, and the said Robert shall abide and fulfil his decree, so that it be made before Midsummer next.
Cancelled on payment, acknowledged by the said Richard.
