king, or by grant of the king do yearly take of him any fees,
wages or annuities or are of his livery and retinue shall, under
pain of forfeiting the same, and what else they may, cease every
excuse and hasten to draw towards the city of London, so that
they be there on the morrow of St. George next at latest, to act

same did descend to the king, and the entail was broken, under
condition that if the said John or Isabel or their heirs aforesaid
shall demise, alien or release the premises or any parcel thereof
to any person save the king or his heirs, or shall make or devise
any fraud, collusion or deceit to impair the said entail, it shall
be lawful for the king and his heirs to enter and hold the same
