Memorandum of acknowledgment in chancery at Westminster, 7 February this year.
Anne daughter of Theobald Trussell knight to William Palmere, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of a moiety of the manor of Carleton called the 'Westhalle' of Carleton, and all the lands, rents, reversions and services there which he has by feoffment of John Trussell knight her brother: also to the said William, William Babyngton, John Palmere rector of Arvyngworth and Richard Greystok vicar of Wilberston, their heirs and assigns, of a moiety of the manor of Holt called 'Trusselsmaner,' and all the lands, rents, reversions and services, the view of frankpledge, the other courts etc. in Holt, Prestgrave, Drayton and Brynghurst co. Condition, that in the church of St. Dunstan in 'Fletestrete' in the suburbs of London he shall pay the said Richard 13s. 4d. at Michaelmas day next, 13s. 4d. at Michaelmas day following, and so year by year during the said Robert's life.

Marginal note that he did so appear that day, and was told not to withdraw from the court without special licence under the pain in this recognisance contained.
