Baldwin Beelson of London 'baker' to Nicholas Hulme, Richard Kellowe clerks and Richard Clayton. Quitclaim of a messuage and appurtenances in 'Oldeforde' late of Henry Broun of 'Oldeforde.' Witnesses: Walter Grene esquire, John Tregous, John Stykker, Thomas Skelton, John Gybbys 'bruer' and John Careoun of the parish of Stebenhethe. Dated 'Oldeforde,' 23 March 10 Henry V.

William Strete 'cooke' to Nicholas Hulme, Richard Kellowe clerks and Richard Clayton, their heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of a cottage with curtilage and appurtenances at 'Oldeforde' in the parish of Stebenhithe co. Middlesex sometime of Thomas Ingelonde, situate between tenements late of Thomas Pottere towards the east and late of John Cartere towards the west, one head abutting on land late of William Totenham on the north, the other on the high way towards the south, which the said Thomas and Alice his wife purchased of John Burre late of Stebenhithe, and William Strete had jointly with Margaret his wife deceased by charter of John Wetynge and Richard de Rowdoun citizens of London; also of the whole tenement with houses thereupon built, curtilage adjacent and other appurtenances in 'Oldeforde' between tenements late of Thomas Furneham on the west and late of John Wetynge on the east, extending in length from the high way towards the south to a garden late of William Badby and after of Richard Merlawe citizen of London now deceased towards the north, which William Strete jointly with his said wife, together with Edmund Cooke of Waltham Abbots and Thomas Chertesey now deceased (defuncto), had by charter of Roger Lawselle clerk and William Jardyn citizen and skinner of London. Witnesses (as the last). Dated 'Oldeforde,' 15 March 9 Henry V.
