Memorandum of an undertaking under a pain of 100l., made in chancery 3 February this year by John Harpour of Herefordshire, that he shall appear in chancery from day to day until from the court dismissed.
Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 40l., made in chancery 21 February this year by Hugh Stanforde, John Harpour, both of Staffordshire, William Brugge of Salop and Thomas Farnam of Leycestershire, to have John Lanchestre in chancery in the quinzaine of Easter next in order to answer touching what shall be laid against him.
