Charter with warranty of all the lands, woods, ways, paths, ditches, rents and services of freeholders and customary tenants with rights etc. thereto pertaining in the town and parish of Chesthunt co. Hertford which the grantor had jointly with John Coventre 'mercer' citizen of London and Walter Grene esquire by feoffment of Thomas Appultrewike esquire, of all the lands there called Arnoldes, with houses, gardens, curtilages, woods, ways, paths, hedges, ditches, rents, services, customs etc. which he had jointly (as above) by feoffment of Richard Hannam, Nicholas Belle and John Janevyle of Chesthunt, and all other lands, rents, services and customs there and elsewhere in Hertfordshire which he has solely or jointly, except an inn called the 'Cheker' in 'Walthamcrosse' and 5 acres of land on the north side of that town sometime of Walter Waltham.
