To the escheator in Essex. Order to remove the king's hand and meddle no further with the manor of Stanforde Ryvers, delivering to Elizabeth late the wife of Lewis Robessart knight any issues thereof taken; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that at his death Lewis Robessart held that manor in her right, that she then held and yet holds the same by demise of John Tyrell esquire, John Bedulfe and Robert Frampton to her for life, with remainder to Humphrey earl of Stafforde and his heirs, and that it is not held of the king.
