Order to take again letters patent concerning a corrody or maintenance within that priory which William Stanarde has, to admit him and Henry Benet the king's servant, one of the clerks in the office of the privy seal, to their house and minister such corrody to them for their lives and to the longest liver, making, sealing and delivering to them other letters patent concerning the same, and writing again by the bearer what they will do; as William Stanarde is minded to demise his estate therein to the end that he and Henry Benet may have the same, and with advice and assent of the council the king has granted it to them as aforesaid, even as the said William or any others have had it heretofore by grant of former kings or princes of Wales. Recognisance for 100l. 20d., to be levied etc. in the city of London. (fn. 3)
Condition, that if a judgment rendered in the court of the staple of Bristol by John Burton late mayor, John Neweton and Henry Gildeney late constables of that staple in favour of John Forster plaintiff against John Twyte of Bristol clerk for debt shall be by the chancellor and others of the council affirmed, the defendant shall render himself in chancery ready to do as the court shall determine, or else that the said judgment shall be annulled or reversed.

Gift of all his goods and chattels quick and dead, moveable and immovable within the realm and elsewhere, and all debts to him due.
